At TFS, we recognize that every individual’s lifestyle is unique, which is why we operate a bit differently than the average gym. While we encourage our clients to train 2-3 times a week, we understand that life can get busy. That's why we offer session packages tailored to your needs, with prices ranging from $65 to $100 based on the number and type of sessions. This way you can work out on your schedule without added stress.

What can I expect at my training session?
Most of our sessions focus on circuit-based workouts. To maximize your experience each 55-minute session, we typically incorporate strength and training alongside cardio intervals, while ensuring that each program is tailored to their individual needs.

What should I eat before and after my workouts?
Everyone is unique, but we consistently emphasize the importance of eating 1-2 hours before session. It's best to choose a snack that provides enough energy for your workout, focusing on carbohydrates with a protein component (typically 100-300 calories). Additionally, consuming a good source of protein right after your workout will support your recovery.
