“When I was 9, my body changed. There was trauma in my family life and my dependence upon food as a coping mechanism began. It took me years to realize that I had developed addictive behaviors toward food. It was a reward, but it was also something I used to "punish" myself. The "well, I'm going to be fat anyway" rationale was a common thought. I didn't think it was possible for me to be lean and fit. It took me the whole decade of my 20's to find balance in my lifestyle. The process is slow, but so worth it. I don't have self-destructive habits anymore. I love my body, everyday. Be patient with yourself. Change is possible.”
"Fitness never came easy to me. I really had to work at it. When I first started, I couldn't even run a mile, but I kept at it. I had some rough and embarrassing stumbles along the way (as you can see), but eventually, I fell in love with exercise. I truely believe that once a person dedicates himself to being consistent, he will learn what works for his body and lifestyle. Being healthy and living an active lifestyle will then become second nature. I love helping people find their personal recipe for health."

It would be impossible to mention every milestone. Some of the successes the TFS training team has helped our clients achieve over the years include:
People coming off and reducing dosages of countless medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol, anxiety, etc.
Hundreds of pounds of FAT, not muscle, lost and kept off.
Balanced eating changing one's entire families' lifestyle.
Personal records inside and outside the gym people never thought possible achived and blown-out-of-the-water.
First time completions in Road Races, Fitness Competitions, Obstacle Competitions, and Mountain Summits.
Aches and pains in knees, backs, shoulders diminish and sometimes be completely eliminated.
Overall improvement in quality of life, confidence, and personal self image.
First time 5k runners with their trainers.
